Country Scenic drive and picnic
11:00 am departure from parking lot at Mahogany McDonald’s #80 Mahogany Rd SE. We will head East for a few miles on Hwy 22X. Bring a picnic lunch which we will have during a stop at Wyndham-Carseland Provincial Park. We will be able to view the irrigation weir. After the picnic we will continue to Mossleigh and Aspen Crossing for some photos. The return trip will be made via Blackie and back into Calgary on Highway 2. All roads are paved.

Fall Colours & Memorial Tour to Callander’s
Join in on the club's annual Fall Colours and Memorial tour. We will depart from 12 Mile Coulee Co-op on Saturday, Sept. 26th at 9:30 AM. Travelling on the Lochend Road, there will be a brief stop at the Shell station at Hwy 22 and Big Hill Springs Rd. Then up Horse Creek Rd through Water Valley. Bring a picnic lunch and lawn chairs, we will have a campfire if you want to BBQ. Note that the last 2 miles are on gravel roads.
