This is a simple jig I made to help exchanging my Model A transmission.

An old transmission in the jig. The bell housing would be attached when removing or installing.
Remove the drain plug from the transmission and install the piece of pipe in its place for extra stability. Put your trolley jack under this. You can move your transmission anywhere you want by yourself.
