It is almost that time of year, as the snow continues to melt again, as we are all contemplating preparing our ‘pride and joy’ for another season of touring. As you begin to dust off those cob webs and provide a good cleaning, a safety check should always be included as your spring ritual.
Why should you be performing a complete safety check on your Model A?
1. It provides the owner with peace of mind of their vehicle and personal safely and security.
2. It provides a check of safety requirements to determine road readiness and if anything requires immediate attention for repair or replacement.
3. It indicates to the Government of Alberta that the owner takes pride in safety of their Model A.
4. It lets others know each Model A owner is truly a responsible hobbyist.
5. It provides enjoyment in assisting others to complete their safety check.
6. It provides for a tremendous opportunity of learning by our knowledgeable Club members.
7. It provides for lots of GREAT conversations and reminiscing.
