Once again Kathy Chudek did an excellent job of organizing this event with 11 members and 7 of the Club’s Model A’s participating.
As always the seniors at this centre were most appreciative and many spent an inordinate amount of time reminiscing about their early years and the old Fords they remember. Even the weather cooperated 100%.
Following the Show and Shine portion of the day participants were treated to an appreciative barbecued supper at the Heather and Serge Rousseau place. Some of you may recall that Heather was Kathy’s long term interface for this annual event and Serge not only did a significant amount of volunteer welding on the Club’s award winning AA truck project but is currently also providing a bit of advice and assistance to Michael Callander in conjunction with his 1928 76-A Open Pickup restoration project.
