Spring Greetings from each of the Members of your Host Committee for the 2003 NW Regional Meet - including our Snowbirds who are currently migrating northward in response to the demands these last few months prior to our 2003 get-together will place on us.
And speaking of response, we have simply been overwhelmed by the number of inquiries we have received and the registrations that have arrived in the last 90 days! To date, virtually all of the 400 banquet seats have been taken and we are reluctantly on the verge of having to say "thanks- but-no-thanks" to the rest of our fellow Model A enthusiasts who may still wish to register - - unless of course, they still wish to register for the rest of the week's activities while knowing seats are no longer available for either the banquet or the subsequent award presentations.
In order to meet our guests expectations, our task now is to complete the detailed preparations required to assure that everything unfolds as intended! Did I say our task?
I should have said, "our pleasure"!
